2,Transfer ball amount
A-Normally, the weight of an article can be beard by three balls, so the Maximum load of one ball equal to one third of the weight of the article.
B-If the surface of the article is very flat or soft, the Maximum load of one ball is less than one third of the weight of the article. The surface hardness of articles should be given full consideration while designing to avoid that the ball may penetrate the article.
3,Transfer ball distance
The narrowest direction size of the conveying item divided by 3.5 equal to the separation distance of the balls. For example, the narrowest direction size of the conveying item is 350mm, which is divided by 3.5, then we can get 100mm which is the separation distance of the balls. In this way, we can ensure that there are always three balls bearing the loading of the narrowest direction during conveying.
4,Transfer ball vibration load
A-The influence of that the universal balls are not on the same plane should be taken into consideration while calculating the load. If the vibration happens frequently, spring transfer ball can reduce the wear and breakage. Vibration loading can also be reduced by installing compressed pad.
B-Transfer ball can be made to recycle products by other ways, such as cylinder, hydraulic cylinder, cam or lever, which can make up the operating sequence.
C-All rated load in the catalogue is dynamic load.
D-Self-leveling:Self-leveling can be attained by installing suitable rubber pad, which can make items to be beard by more balls.
